Our Deli Department features many traditional Italian meats and cheeses...and some new and diverse ones, too! Mike Russo started working in the deli with his dad and grandfather at a very young age. Mike learned by working with the products and started making our authentic Italian sausage when he was twelve years old. Today Mike selects the Prosciutto, Salami, Provolone, Romano, etc... that you find in our display. John's children: Greg, Mike & Gina Russo, create lots of wonderful Italian foods in our kitchen, including our Italian sausage, meatballs, sauce, pasta salads, cannoli, and more....
